REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

General Returns

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, seductionscents.com.au will exchange your purchase providing it is returned to us in its original condition, unopened and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The customer shall pay all freight charges.

Defective Items

If goods are faulty, wrongly described, or are not fit for its intended purpose, you may choose between a complete refund or an exchange.

Return Instructions

1. Contact seductionscents.com.au either by email or phone to let us know that you are returning your item.
2. Please print and complete the Return form below and return it with your purchase.
3. Ensure the goods are securely wrapped and packaged to prevent damage, enclosed with the completed Return form. We recommend you post by registered post.
4. Send the goods to:

5. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement will be issued for general returns or those defective requiring a replacement item. For defective returns requiring a refund, a funds transfer refund will be processed the same day as item is received by us. You will be advised by email or phone as soon as this has occurred.
